PROJECT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard
• Prepare Project Management Plans and project phase plans for the Projects.
• Propose for approval tactical contingency plans in anticipation of potential problems.
• Prepare HW forecast and monitor deviation on actual vs forecast to implement corrective actions
• Execute project, monitor and control progress against a baseline plan, look continuously for
improvement
• Report the relevant KPIs and milestones defined in the reporting
• Contribute to project reviews internally and toward the customer,
• Manage customer relationship in the scope of project execution,
• Provide appropriate reporting
• Lead contract administration (order management billing and payment) strictly limited to contract scope
• Follow PM best practices fulfillment as per Quality guidelines
Skills
• Knowledge of project and program management methodologies,
• Strong motivational and empowerment skills,
• Strong communication and presentation abilities,
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks and to work effectively with multiple
stakeholders in a changing environment,
• Able to work cross-culturally and thinking globally,
• Understand of cross-functional team working and performing effectively in a matrix environment,
• Fluent in English (both written and speaking),
• Second language: German, Italian, Spanish or French will be an advantage

PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE PROFESSIONAL
Key Responsibilities
Support for projects in terms of:
• Set-up and maintenance of the project communication management plan including the
coordination of governance meetings (internal and external), compilation, recording, distribution
and follow up of project meeting agendas, minutes and actions. Preparation and distribution of all
other project reporting as outlined in the communications plan.
• Creation, follow-up and regular update of the Project Management Plan and project documentation
(issues register, risk register, change request register and milestone register etc against project
deliverables)
• Ensuring project documents and records are created, controlled, approved and distributed in line
with corporate policy and customer requirements.
• Managing the resource forecasting process (people and materials)
• Tracking third party and subcontractor performance to ensure work required is completed to
quality standards within budget. Provides input to the supplier evaluation process.
• Providing input to Local Demand Planning. Raising and tracking of the delivery of software and
hardware as per the project schedule and ensuring that the product is correctly received.
• Planning, performing and monitoring of Quality activities the project quality plan and / or corporate
quality guidelines.
• Actively participates in lessons learned
Skills
• knowledge of project and program management methodologies
• Microsoft tools high knowledge (excel, word.)
• strong communication and presentation abilities
• able to work in multicultural environment
• fluent in English (both written and speaking)
